Trigon Agri A/S: number of warrants subscribed for by the shareholders

As communicated on 30 November 2016, the Board of Directors of Trigon Agri A/S exercised the authorisations granted to the Board of Directors during the extraordinary general meeting held on 10 November 2016 and resolved to issue up to 209,398,236 warrants. Each warrant of nominally EUR 0.01 entitled the holder to subscribe for 1 share of nominally EUR 0.01 in Trigon Agri A/S. Any person or legal entity holding shares in Trigon Agri A/S on the record day, 2 December 2016 (the “Entitled Shareholder(s)”), was offered to receive 21 gratuitous warrants for every 13 shares held.

The subscription period for the warrants commenced on 5 December 2016 and ended on 30 December 2016. Receipt, processing and summary of the Warrants Subscription forms have been conducted by the Issuing Agent of Trigon Agri A/S - Eminova Fondkommission AB (www.eminova.se).

Trigon Agri A/S hereby informs of the number of warrants subscribed for by the Entitled Shareholders*:

* The indicated numbers will be further confirmed after delivery of the warrants to the securities accounts of warrant holders.

The Entitled Shareholders who have subscribed for warrants are further notified that

Trigon Agri A/S will now proceed with issuance and delivery of the warrants to the securities accounts of the Entitled Shareholders. The warrants will be thereafter listed on NASDAQ FIRST NORTH and the first exercise period shall commence on the day following the admittance of the warrants to trading.

Trigon Agri A/S expects to carry out the technicalities described above shortly and will disclose all the information pertaining thereto (including instructions related to exercise of the warrants) in a separate press release.
