Update on lender dialogue and change of financial calendar in Viking Supply Ships AB.

As previously communicated the company is in discussions with its lenders regarding the long term financing situation in the company. The dialogue is positive and constructive, and to allow the parties to find a long term solution beneficial to all parties the standstill agreement with the lenders has been extended.

To give a better overview of the expected solution in the Annual Report and at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the company has decided to postpone the AGM.  The AGM was according to the financial calendar scheduled for 10 May. The new date is 20 May at 12:00. The summons to the AGM will be released no later than 4 weeks ahead of the date of the AGM.
