Mediation at Wave Hill and a Special Demonstration--Cooking with Ginger

Nourish body and soul at Wave Hill this winter! Amidst the flurry of festivities find holiday respire with Mediation at Wave Hill in December. Take a moment to breathe, pause to savor the winter landscape and reconnect with your inner self. Each session includes instruction in simple mediation techiniques; all levels welcome. Led by Yoga for Bliss director Neem Dewji, with instructor and long-time meditator Lea Tenneriello, MSW.
