Wihlborgs divests four industrial properties in Malmö

On 1 June, Wihlborgs divested four industrial properties in Malmö to Corem. The properties were sold in corporate wrappers at an underlying property value of around SEK 144 million.

As a result of the deal, Wihlborgs is exiting the minor sub-market Elisedal in east Malmö. The Löplinan 7, Stångbettet 15 and Förbygeln 1 properties were divested here. These comprise a lettable area of about 11,000 . Stridsyxan 4, comprising about 9,000 m² in Fosie, was also divested. The properties are essentially fully let and developed, and the tenants include Bilia, Areco Direct and NMC Cellfoam.

“Elisedal is a minor sub-market in Malmö where we were a minor player.
