Mr. Finkel has been widely recognized as one of the leaders in his field by several legal directories including Chambers USA, Legal 500 and Euromoney.

“We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Rob to the firm,” said Steve Singer, chair of WilmerHale’s Transactional Department. “His in-depth knowledge of the technology transactions space and his excellent reputation among clients and colleagues are a welcome addition to our growing corporate practice in New York.”
