YIT started the construction of residential projects worth approximately EUR 45 million in the capital region and in Jyväskylä, Finland

YIT has started the construction of residential projects in Espoo, Vantaa and Jyväskylä, Finland. The start-ups were recorded in the last quarter on 2017.
The construction of a project called Vantaan Loiste was started in Vantaa. The project comprises of approximately 70 apartments and its value is almost EUR 20 million. The project will be completed in summer 2019. Loiste is located in Tikkurila in Valon kortteli city block where special attention has be given to lighting of the buildings and yards.
In Espoo, YIT starts the construction of a project called Espoon Kummelivuorentie. The project comprises of approximately 60 apartments and its value is almost EUR 15 million. The project will be completed in summer 2019. Espoon Kummelivuorentie is located nearby sea in Saunalahti, with good transportation connections close to services and outdoor recreation areas.
In addition, YIT started the construction of a project called Jyväskylän Suvivalssi in Jyväskylä. The project comprises of approximately 40 apartments, and its value is approximately EUR 10 million. The project will be completed in the end of January 2019. YIT has started the development of Lutakko area already in 1995 and over 1,100 apartments have been completed in the area already.
