YIT started the construction of the third phase of an area development project in Pushkin, a suburb of St. Petersburg, Russia. The project’s phase to be started now in December comprises a total of approximately 250 apartments. The value of the phase is approximately EUR 17 million and it will be completed during the last quarter of 2018.

The project called INKERI is located in the southern part of the town of Pushkin near historical Tsar-era palaces and parks. The peaceful area offers diverse services and good transportation connections. The area’s architecture and landscape design represent the modern Nordic style.
