Inventas launch Business Presentation Computing Solution 

When Executive Personnel needed a unique, feature-rich system for giving presentations, they found that all their efforts to find one failed. So they turned to Inventas IT for an innovative custom solution that met all of their needs.

Executive Personnel is a Colchester-based recruitment company which has operated in the freight-forwarding industry for more than ten years. In that time, they have also developed a strong reputation as a go-to company for sales recruitment. As a result of their success, they recently upgraded to a new office in the very heart of Colchester.

In their new home, CEO Paula Carter wanted two state-of-the-art solutions for delivering presentations in the boardroom and in two meeting rooms. Despite searching the market thoroughly, no existing solution seemed quite right for their needs. Many were excessively expensive or required obtrusive equipment to be displayed.

Executive Personnel already have a well-established working relationship with Inventas. They have been a valued client of Inventas for seven years, so Paula turned to business development manager Jaco Weyers for a custom solution.

The solution Inventas developed had to include a number of key features. For example, Paula wanted the presentation system to:

•           Connect seamlessly with the Wi-Fi network from any room.

•           Allow multiple users to project the screens of their computers and mobile devices on to flat-screen TVs.

•           Involve no visible cables or devices.

Jaco came up with a solution based on the WePresent-1000 system. This professional presentation system allows up to 64 users to take turns at giving presentations and to use either Windows or Mac computers as well as smartphones and tablets.

The result was a success. It offered Paula all the features she requested at a more affordable price than any standard solution. In particular, the Executive Personnel team were delighted with its simple and user-friendly approach to advanced and varied functionality.
