2020 Bulkers Ltd. – Circulates Request for Written Resolution of Shareholders

2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the “Company”) has today distributed to its shareholders a request for approval by resolution in writing, inter alia, to reduce the Company’s Share Premium account from US$120,232,597 to US$105,232,597. A copy of the Notice, Information Statement and Written Resolutions are attached. The request is made to its shareholders with shares registered on the record date May 21st, 2021.
