2020 Bulkers Ltd. announces that the Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2021 has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

There were no changes to the consolidated statements of operations or consolidated balance sheets compared to those presented on January 26, 2022.

The Annual Report for 2021 will be published on March 10, 2022.
