Reference is made to the announcement regarding the mandatory notification of trade on March 15, 2023. In this connection, the Company has issued 400,000 common shares on March 16, 2023. Following the share issuance, 2020 Bulkers Ltd. has an issued share capital of US$22,620,906 divided into 22,620,906 common shares of par value US$1.00 each.
