Reference is made to the announcement regarding the mandatory notification of trade on November 22, 2023. In this connection, the Company has issued 30,000 common shares on November 30, 2023. Following the share issuance, 2020 Bulkers Ltd. has an issued share capital of US$22,750,906 divided into 22,750,906 common shares of par value US$1.00 each.
