2020 Bulkers Ltd. (2020) – Notification of flagging

Reference is made to the press release relating to the contemplated secondary placing of shares in 2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the “Company”) dated 3 May 2021.

Drew Holdings Ltd (“Drew”) have sold a total of 1,900,000 shares and Ubon Partners AS (“Ubon”) have sold a total of 1,250,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 103.00 per share. After the sale, Drew and Tor Olav Troim will hold a total of 5,502,778 shares and Ubon will hold 784,084 shares representing 24.8% and 3.5% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company, respectively.
