MH Capital AS, a company controlled by Magnus Halvorsen, Chairman of 2020 Bulkers Ltd., has on September 1, 2022, bought 50 000 shares in 2020 Bulkers Ltd. at a price of NOK 89.79 per share. Following the transaction, Magnus Halvorsen and MH Capital AS combined owns 1 632 118 shares and 400 000 share options in 2020 Bulkers Ltd.
