2020 Bulkers Ltd (2020) - CORRECTION: Notification of flagging

Reference is made to the press release relating to the contemplated secondary placing of shares in 2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the "Company") dated May 3, 2021 and the press release relating to the notification of flagging dated May 4, 2021.

It was erroneously stated that Ubon Partners AS sold shares in the Company. The correct name of the seller is: Foyer Finance (“Foyer”) (as investment of a policy issued by WEALINS SA – a subsidiary of Foyer FINANCE SA – of which policyholder is Ubon Partners AS).

After the sale, Foyer hold 784,084 shares representing 3.5% of the share capital and the voting rights in the Company.
