Solna, February 22, 2007, 24hPoker today announced that the company has signed a letter of intent to commence cooperation with WagerWorks. WagerWorks is the online arm of International Game Technology (IGT), a world leading company in the gaming industry. WagerWorks supplies fully managed and regulatory compliant casino software and game content solutions to many major players in the online gaming market. The purpose of the cooperation is that WagerWorks and 24hPoker shall market and promote to third parties access to their respective product offerings.

WagerWorks customers include major players such as Virgin Games, Blue Square and Paddy Power. Going forward WagerWorks will be able to offer their customers to play poker on 24hPoker’s network, 24hNetwork. Also, 24hPoker will add WagerWorks’ Casino to its product portfolio, which makes 24hPoker’s offer even stronger.

The final agreement will be signed shortly, but effects of the cooperation will not be seen before the summer of 2007.

”This cooperation enables WagerWorks to offer their partners poker on 24hNetwork, instead of operating their own network. WagerWorks also offers a cutting edge Casino software solution that differentiates much from the Casino software we have today, as it offers games based on well known brands like Monopoly, Wheel of FortuneTM and BaywatchTM. We will add these new casino games and offer them alongside our current Casino software from NetEnt. By offering two alternative casinos we will attract more casino players. This is part of our strategy to offer players more alternatives to the most profitable products. In this way we give the player a selection of the market’s best games, always using the same wallet,” comments Per Hildebrand, CEO 24hPoker.
