This collaboration underscores both companies’ commitment to innovation in the fintech sector, enabling businesses and their end customers across Sweden and Norway to access seamless financial services.
Through this partnership, the Company will integrate Nordiska’s financial services into its ecosystem, offering tailored financial solutions for both individuals and businesses. The product suite will feature offerings such as Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), invoice financing, SME loans, credit card financing, and savings accounts, with the potential for additional financial solutions in the future. These offerings aim to provide comprehensive financial support tailored to diverse customer needs and the embedded finance approach will streamline operations, optimize cash flow management, and enhance financial efficiency for businesses.
The product suite aims to solve a challenge faced by many businesses: the need to perform financing and banking services directly within ERP systems. By owning this critical customer interaction, the partnership is expected to generate substantial interest and drive revenue growth. The Company holds a 3-year exclusive agreement from full launch to offer financial services to the customers of the divested ERP division.
