Announcement from 24SevenOffice's extra general meeting

The extra general meeting of 24SevenOffice Scandinavia AB (“24SevenOffice” or the “Company”) was held today on 23 March 2021 in Stockholm and the following resolution was passed by the meeting.

Approval of closely related party transaction

Aa announced in the Company's press release published on 29 January 2021, the Company has entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of 94.50 percent of 24SevenOffice US Inc and 51 percent of Masterplan Inc and all the European IPR to the 24SevenOffice (the "Transaction").

The extra general meeting resolved to approve the Transaction in accordance with the Swedish Securities Council's ruling AMN 2019:25.

Subject to other customary conditions being fulfilled, completion of the Transaction is expected on 1 April 2021.
