24SevenOffice and HSB finish the AI implementation project

24SevenOffice finished the successful roll-out/implementation project of the AI accounting platform together with HSB Affärsstöd yesterday. The AI platform helps automate the majority of the accounting process for incoming invoices using advanced AI technology.

The project is now handed over to operation and enters a new phase where 24SevenOffice together with HSB will focus on maximizing the outcome and synergies of the AI platform. “This is a milestone in our collaboration with HSB and we are looking forward to continuing this journey together and empowering HSB business for the future. More than 5800 clients have been onboarded to the AI platform at HSB, including 400 users which are trained to work in the AI system. It will on a yearly basis process over 1,5 million documents going forward. In addition, this project has given valuable learnings for 24SevenOffice, enabling high impact delivery and scaling of large upcoming AI-implementation projects.
