BDO Norway AS investing heavily in AI by signing a strategic contract
BDO Norway AS is by far the largest of the consulting and auditing companies in accounting. Their revenue in accounting has quadrupled to just over NOK 500 million over the past five years. They have 500 skilled accountants and have built up a solid customer portfolio with almost 10,000 customers. To maintain their leading position, they depend on investing heavily in new technology, such as artificial intelligence, to ensure that they are constantly leaning forward in the way they work with and advise their customers. The contract period is 5 years with an option for another 3 years.
The AI platform will be made available to provide autonomous invoice processing capabilities to all of BDO’s clients, supporting every existing accounting system. The agreement is delivered by one of our strategic partners in the Nordic enterprise market, Propell.ai. Propell.ai will be responsible for the customer implementation and roll-out.
