Disclosure of changes in holdings: R-Venture AS acquired 50,000 shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB

R-Venture AS has today acquired 50,000 shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB at a price of SEK 15.50 per share. The company now holds 30,167,217 shares, corresponding to 44.39% of the total shares.

Additionally, Head of M&A and Business Development, Magnus Fon Rosén has today acquired 15,000 shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB at a price of SEK 15.50 per share. Magnus Von Rosén did not hold any shares prior to the purchase.
