Nordic Choice Hotels signing a strategic AI contract
Nordic Choice Hotels is one of the largest hotel groups in the Nordic and Baltic region. With over 300 hotels and companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. They have an annual revenue of more than 12 billion NOK and over 15,000 employees.
Nordic Choice Hotels will produce millions of documents through the AI platform during the contract period. They are the first Enterprise customer pan-Nordic to implement the solution in 4 countries and with that they will be one of the most important strategic customers for new markets and countries.
To maintain their leading position, they depend on utilizing new technology, such as artificial intelligence, to ensure that they are constantly leaning forward in the way they work in terms of being a competitive provider of their services.
The contract value is estimated to be a minimum of 6 million NOK per year. Nordic Choice’s goal is to reduce cost and manual tasks on incoming invoices and thus free up time for more value adding work.
The AI platform will be made available to provide autonomous invoice processing capabilities to all of Nordic Choice`s companies in the Nordics as a front end system for processing incoming invoices integrated to their ERP solution, Oracle Netsuite. The agreement is done by our strategic partner in the Nordic enterprise market, Propell.ai. Propell.ai will be responsible for the contract, customer implementation, roll-out and responsible for the customer in the operational phase as long as the customer uses the solution.
