Single-use functionalised media provides scalable purification performance in cell culture Bracknell, UK, 7 February 2014 – Diversified technology company 3M today announced the launch of a new purification and separation product for biopharmaceutical processes. The Emphaze AEX Hybrid Purifier by 3M encapsulates an anionic exchange (AEX) media with a downstream micro-porous membrane for single-use manufacturing.
