The A-ROSA Best Price on 2025 sailings is still valid until 31 July 2024

Rostock, 11 June 2024 – Along with the introduction of the premium plus fare as well as a restructured pricing system, A-ROSA has countless new itinerary and destination highlights in store for the 2025 season. Next year, the A-ROSA ships will sail a total of 40 different routes on the Danube, Rhine/Main/Moselle, Rhône/Saône, Seine and Douro – combining stunning sceneries such as the Wachau, the IJsselmeer or the Douro Valley with plenty of time in metropolises like Amsterdam and Vienna or beautiful towns such as Avignon and Rouen.

Discovering the Rhine and Main from Frankfurt with A-ROSA CLEA

The most significant itinerary optimisations have been made in the Rhine/Main/Moselle region. New are the sailings of A-ROSA CLEA, which will have her base port in Frankfurt in the 2025 season, thus offering an additional port of departure in this cruise region. On almost ten different routes, A-ROSA CLEA will travel from the Main metropolis to historic locations such as Aschaffenburg, Würzburg, Strasbourg and Basel. On a newly created 7-night cruise, the ship will combine the picturesque scenery of the Middle Rhine Valley with visits to Cologne and Frankfurt. The opportunity to visit the famous Christkindl Christmas markets will A-ROSA CLEA offer during the festive season, when she sails from Nuremberg to Regensburg and Kehlheim.

A-ROSA SILVA also has a new itinerary in store with the 7-night cruise ‘Main & Moselle Experience’, starting in Cologne and connecting the towns of Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues on the Moselle with the cities of Frankfurt and Aschaffenburg on the Main. With the relocation of A-ROSA ALEA on the Seine, A-ROSA VIVA is returning to her original cruise region and will set off from Cologne on Northern Rhine sailings to Amsterdam, Antwerp, Ghent and the Markermeer as well as on cruises on the Southern Rhine along the Loreley to Strasbourg (Kehl), Mainz and Koblenz.

Exploring the diversity of the Danube from Passau

From the 2025 season, all A-ROSA cruises on the Danube will start and end in Passau-Racklau, offering guests more flexibility and comfort during arrivals and departures. The journey through Passau’s historic city centre and the Three Rivers Conjunction Point is a new highlight of 2025 Danube cruises with A-ROSA. In addition to the popular 4-, 5-, 7-, 14- and 18-night itineraries, a 9-night cruise will be introduced for the first time, with stops in Bratislava, Tulln and Linz as well as extra-long stays in Vienna and Budapest.

Fascinating holiday experience in the South of France

Guests can also look forward to revamped itineraries on the Rhône. A-ROSA STELLA and A-ROSA LUNA will stay overnight in three cities on their new 7-night cruise ‘Rhône Route Provence’, offering an even more memorable city experience in Lyon, Avignon and Arles. Thanks to the multi-day stay, guests now also have the opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside after visiting the cities and enjoy the French savoir-vivre in all its splendour. Those who would additionally like to experience the towns of Chalon-sur-Saône and Mâcon along the Saône can opt for the new 9-night ‘Rhône Route Panorama’. During this cruise, A-ROSA STELLA sails the northern tributary of the Rhône and also visits Port St. Louis on the Mediterranean coast as well as the famous wine-growing villages of Viviers and Tain l’Hermitage. The definite highlight is a 24-hour stay in Lyon, one of the largest cities in France.

From Paris to Le Havre on the Seine

In 2025, A-ROSA ALEA will depart from the centre of Paris on various 5-, 7- and 9-night itineraries on the Seine and will now call at Le Havre on the 7-night cruises. The famous French harbour city with its characteristic concrete architecture is one of only two 20th century urban ensembles on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

“The numerous new itineraries in the 2025 season are a big part of the most extensive programme modifications in A-ROSA history, with which we are responding to the trend towards more relaxation and a more immersive experience of the destinations and regions we visit,” comments Jörg Eichler, CEO of A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH. “This is exactly the direction in which we want to head in the future, because these optimisations consider both the wishes of our guests and our sustainable goals. From the start, A-ROSA has aimed to offer holidays that perfectly combine relaxation and adventure, information and entertainment. That is why we have upgraded our onboard programme, individualised our excursions and are actively fitting our itinerary design into this holistic concept,” Eichler continues.

Securing the A-ROSA Best Price for 2025 cruises until 31 July 2024

Not only for the new itineraries, but for all sailings in the 2025 season, guests will benefit from the newly introduced A-ROSA Best Price until 31 July 2024. After this date at the latest all cruise prices will increase gradually.

“At A-ROSA, we want to reward early bookers. Until the end of July 2024, they will receive the most favourable cruise price for the 2025 premium fare with the A-ROSA Best Price and save up to 500 euros per person,” explains Stefan Sprunk, Head of Sales & Product. “Our aim is to create a flexible and customisable A-ROSA holiday and to provide a range of service packages based on a modular system.
