On October 3 2006, AarhusKarlshamn AB invites to a capital market day at Operaterrassen. The meeting starts at 09.00 and will be led by President and CEO Jerker Hartwall who, together with the management, will present the company. Aarhus United A/S and Karlshamns AB used to be listed on the stock exchanges in Copenhagen and Stockholm, respectively. After an offer from a new established company to the shareholders regarding the redemption of the shares, the two companies merged into AarhusKarlshamn AB. With this, one of the strongest actors in the market for vegetable oils was created. Since business was transferred to the newly established AarhusKarlshamn AB, the de-listing of the two old companies was necessary. Since the merger, shares have been traded at the First North list in Stockholm.
