Amended version-volvo acquires further shares in scania

VOLVO ACQUIRES FURTHER SHARES IN SCANIA Volvo has acquired a further 2,030,178 A shares and 2,752,016 B shares in Scania. The shares have been acquired at an average price of SEK 309 per share. Following the acquisition, Volvo owns 27,320,838 A shares and 63,745,775 B shares in Scania, which corresponds to 30.6 per cent of the voting rights and 45.5 per cent of the share capital. After acquisition of the Scania shares which AB Volvo agreed to acquire from Investor, Volvo will own 81,382,218 A shares and 65,254,468 B shares in Scania, which corresponds to 79.9 per cent of the voting rights and 73.3 per cent of the share capital.
