Claes Malmros new Executive Vice President of the Ages Group

CLAES MALMROS NEW EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE AGES GROUP Claes Malmros, Senior Vice President of AB Volvo and member of the Group Executive Committee, responsible for Group Strategy and Business Development, has been appointed Executive Vice President of The Ages Group in Florida, USA. The Ages Group is a partnership, of which 57 % is owned by Volvo Aero Corp. The Ages Group is an aviation services company involved in leasing, trading, management and services of aircraft and aircraft engines. The company has its head office in Boca Raton, Florida and is represented in 17 countries around the world. Claes Malmros main responsibilities will be strategy and business development in an industry which is undergoing substantial structural changes. Claes Malmros will take up his new position on October 1. A successor for Claes Malmros has not yet been appointed. August 12, 1998
