VOLVO TRUCKS' DELIVERIES JANUARY-NOVEMBER 1999 Volvo Trucks' deliveries up to November 1999 recorded a total of 76,815 units. Sales showed the following distribution: 1998 1999 % Europe, total 37,318 37,939 +2 of which Western Europe 33,597 35,366 +5 Eastern Europe 3,721 2,573 -31 North America 26,649 31,559 +18 South America 5,671 3,467 -39 Asia 3,487 2,365 -32 Other markets 1,710 1,485 -13 Total 74,835 76,815 +3 The deliveries from Volvo Trucks up to November increased totally by three per cent compared with the same period in 1998. The order intake in Western Europe remained on a high level, while it decreased somewhat in North America. The order book is stable on a high level.
