Briban Invest AB and Olof Andersson Förvaltnings AB (jointly the “Sellers”) have today, the 6th of October, sold in total 5 199 294 shares in Arise AB (”Arise” or the “Company”), corresponding to 14 percent of the shares in the Company, through an accelerated book building process at a price of SEK 40.00 per share (“the Placement”).

Following the Placement, the Sellers own no shares in Arise.

ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the Placement.
