Sale of shares in Catena AB

Endicott Sweden AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of CLS Holdings plc (”Endicott”), has today, the 3 September, sold 3,971,349 shares in Catena AB (”Catena”), which corresponds to circa 10.5% of the total capital in the company through a so called accelerated book building process at a price of SEK 340.0 per share (“the Placement”).
Following the Placement, Endicott holds no shares in Catena.
ABG Sundal Collier AB acted as sole bookrunner and Baker & McKenzie Advokatbyrå KB acted as legal adviser in connection with the Placement.
