Kåpan Pensioner Försäkringsförening AB (”Kåpan”) has today, the 6th of March, sold 8,486,274 shares in Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (”Hemfosa”), which corresponds to circa 4.75% of the total capital in the company through a so called accelerated bookbuilding process at a price of SEK 77 per share (“the Placement”).
Following the Placement, Kåpan holds no shares in Hemfosa.
ABG Sundal Collier AB and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the placement.
