From its 5,128 m2 workshop in Birmingham, Abraservice UK provides wear steel products and services to the UK and Ireland. The company has recently expanded its product line as well as the services it offers.

Abraservice’s customers can rely on the performance of premium steel brands from SSAB. The world’s leading wear-resistant steel Hardox® is available as plate, tubes and round bars. Its combination of hardness and toughness offers a unique performance for any wear-challenged industry. For extreme sliding wear environments, such as ore or crushed rock containing high amounts of quartz, Duroxite® overlay products provide the necessary service life.

Its latest investments have expanded Abraservice UK’s service capabilities to include oxyfuel cutting, plasma cutting and CNC machining to meet its customers’ high expectations on delivery performance and quality.

“We’re happy to see our business grow despite last year’s uncertainties due to the pandemic. Our customers realize that a proactive approach towards wear is good both for productivity and profitability. We have a strong portfolio of wear-resistant steel products and an equally strong line of services for making wear parts and general manufacturing.” Jack Else, Sales Manager at Abraservice UK.
