Acando won the assignment competing with two other framework agreement partners of Forsvarets Logistikkorganisasjon/Divisjon for IKT-kapasiteter. Based on the NATO Architecture Framework, the project will develop the reference architecture using SOA principles. The assignment includes documenting the architecture, skill transfer and training along with an EA Operating Model.

The contract is signed with Forsvarets Logistikkorganisasjon/Divisjon for IKT-kapasiteter, but is valid for all other units of the Norwegian Defence.

This assignment reinforces Acando’s leading position within the enterprise architecture arena, as Acando, in addition to the Norwegian Defence, delivers enterprise architecture services to the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and the Police, the Norwegian Healthcare sector, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.

“The Norwegian Defence is a very exciting client with great potential, which provides Acando with valuable experience in establishing advanced architectures”, says Petter Sævik, Director of Consulting Oslo, Acando Norway.
