Acando increases its shareholding in Webmedia

Acando is increasing its shareholding in its Baltic subsidiary Webmedia Group by 10.56 percentage points. Acando will thereby hold shares in Webmedia equivalent to 38.56 percent of the share capital.

Acando has an option from previously to acquire all shares in Webmedia, and has now chosen to exercise part of the option.

"Systems development services from Webmedia are used in a growing number of our projects. It is an effective and profitable solution for our customers, and we are strengthening our shareholding in the subsidiary," says Lars Wollung, CEO of Acando AB.
