Acando's Board Members strengthen their shareholdings

The principal shareholders of Acando AB (publ) have informed the Company that the ownership structure of Class A shares has been modified within the framework of pre-emption rights with regard to Class A shares in accordance with the Articles of Association, resulting in the following shareholdings:
* Olof Englund has acquired 454,490 Class A shares and thereby owns via companies 1,321,490 Class A shares. (Including his Class B shareholding, this represents 1.7% of equity and 12.1% of voting rights.)
* Ulf J Johansson has acquired 454,500 Class A shares and thereby owns via companies 1,318,500 Class A shares. (Including his Class B shareholding, this represents 2.5% of equity and 12.6% of voting rights.)
* Alf Svedulf has acquired 500,000 Class A shares and thereby owns via companies 500,000 Class A shares. (Including his Class B shareholding, this represents 13.4% of equity and 13.5% of voting rights.)
* Svolder AB (publ) has acquired 500,000 Class A shares and thereby owns 500,000 Class A shares. (Including its Class B shareholding, this represents 9.2% of equity and 10.6% of voting rights.)
The above represents all Class A shares in Acando AB (publ).
Acando's CEO, Lars Wollung, has also strengthened his shareholding in Acando by acquiring 30,000 Class B shares, and thereby now owns 88,448 Class B shares.
