Announcement of an increase in the total number of shares and votes in the Company

This is an English version of an earlier published press release. Acando certifies that, on the last trading day in December 2007, i.e. 28 December 2007, the Company’s share capital amounted to SEK 98,205,961, the total number of shares in the Company was 78,564,768, of which 3,639,990 were shares of series A, 73,924,778 were shares of series B and 1,000,000 were shares of series C, and that the total number of votes in the Company was 111,324,678. Acando holds all 1,000,000 shares of series C, for which Acando does not have voting rights.


The information is of the type that Acando AB may be obliged to announce under the provisions of the Markets in Financial Instruments Act. The information was submitted for publication in Swedish on 28 December, at 08.00.
