Change in number of shares in Acando

As a result of Acando AB’s recently issued shares in connection with acquisition, the number of shares of series B and number and votes in the company has increased by 550,000.

As of September 29, 2017 the total number of shares in Acando amounts to 104,957,419, by which 3,639,990 shares are of series A and 101,317,429 shares are of series B. The total number of votes in Acando B amounts to 137,717,329. The share capital amounts to SEK 144,761,197 and 02 öre.
