Completed conversion of shares of series C to shares of series B

All 1,000,000 shares of series C, which previously have been issued and repurchased within the frame of the implementation of Acando’s incentive programme, have been converted to shares of series B.

Subsequently to the conversion the total number of shares in the company amount to 78,564,768, of which 3,639,990 are shares of series A and 74,924,778 are shares of series B. Acando holds 1,000,000 shares of series C. The total number of votes in the company amount to 111,324,678. Acando does however not have voting rights for the 1,000,000 shares of series B which it holds. The share capital amounts to SEK 98,205,961.
