AcouSort´s rights issue is registered – conversion of BTU into shares and warrants

AcouSort AB (publ) has completed a rights issue of units, consisting of shares and warrants of series TO 2 (the “Warrants”), which ended on 30 November 2023. The rights issue has today, 12 December 2023, been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the last day for trading in paid subscribed units (“BTU”) is 15 December 2023. The record date is 19 December 2023, after which the BTUs will be converted into shares and Warrants on 21 December 2023.
