Net Gaming publishes Annual Report for 2018

Net Gaming Europe has today published its Annual Report for 2018 on the Company’s website, www.netgaming.se. The report is available in both Swedish and English.

While preparing the 2018 Annual Report, Net Gaming noted, after publication of the 2018 Year-end Report, that goodwill of EUR 39 million had been recorded at the historical cost of SEK 370 million. A goodwill adjusted of SEK 31.2 million has therefore been recognized, which has improved the Company’s equity by the corresponding amount. Detailed information is provided in Note 20 of the Annual Report.
