Trine Lise Marsdal proposed as new Board member of Actic Group

The Nomination Committee of Actic Group AB (publ) propose to the Annual General Meeting Trine Lise Marsdal as new Board member. Trine Lise Marsdal is since 2016 CFO of Nordic Choice Hotels with responsibility for the Group’s financing and accounting as well as corporate governance and business performance. Trine has previous experience from PwC and has among others been CFO of Optimera AS.

”Except for the formal competence and experience as CFO of several companies, the Nomination Committee and the Board see a great advantage in that Trine can bring Actic experiences from the environment of service and strong culture that so clearly characterizes Petter Stordalen’s companies”, says Göran Carlsson, Chairman of the Board of Actic Group.

Further, the Nomination Committee propose re-election of Göran Carlsson, Stefan Charette, Therese Hillman, Viktor Linnell and Fredrik Söderberg. Åsa Wirén has declined re-election. Göran Carlsson is proposed to be re-elected as the Chairman of the Board.
