Athanase Industrial Partners has together with a number of new and existing institutional owners, from the listing earlier this year, acquired the remaining shareholding of 41.81 percent from Actic International S.à.r.l owned by the IK 2007 Fonden. The deal was made following the Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange closing on Tuesday through a club deal led by SEB.

"By strengthening its offer and having the most cost effective structure, Actic can lead to the consolidation that takes place in the market. It will create significant value for both customers and shareholders. Therefore, Athanase Industrial Partner and I am pleased that together with the company's other shareholders continue to support Actic's future development by investing additional capital in connection with IK's disposal of its remaining ownership", says Stefan Charette Athanase Industrial Partner.

"For the company, it is positive that owners from the listing of Actic this spring increase its holdings, while it also bringing in new owners", says Christer Zaar, President and CEO Actic Group.
