Increased institutional ownership in Active Biotech

Increased institutional ownership in Active Biotech Bo Håkansson with company has sold 300.000 B-shares in Active Biotech AB (publ). The shares are sold to Swedish institutional investors. After the sale Bo Håkansson's shareholding amounts to 1.289.519 A-shares representing 11,5% of the capital and 44,5% of the votes. Furthermore Bo Håkansson holds 81.500 share options.
