Active Products has announced the latest additions to its AP Pro Series lighting range. An innovative new high performance 250 lumens portable spotlight with an extraordinary 100 hours of battery life and a 300-metre beam is the undoubted highlight.

Ted McLoughlin, Sales Director at Active Products says: “We pride ourselves on our ability to incorporate new technologies quickly in our innovative products.  The next generation XP-G2 CREE White Technology included in our new high performance spotlight means that it’s an efficient and highly effective addition to the AP Pro Series range.”

CREE LEDs are microchips that emit a pure, bright white light. They are small and efficient and require less battery power than a standard torch or spotlight, making them ideal for portable lighting products. XP-G2 technology improves on the performance of the original XP-G to increase lumen output by up to 20%, with an estimated lifespan of up to 100,000 hours.

The new AP Pro Series 250 lumens high performance spotlight is more than a bright light in the AP Pro Series catalogue. It has a battery life of up to 33 hours on high beam and an amazing 100 hours on low beam. With a rubberised finish, rubber head and tough polymer body, it provides reliable illumination for the most rugged of conditions. It’s water resistant, floatable and can even cope with being submerged in a metre of water for up to 30 minutes.

Further details of the 250 lumens high performance spotlight and all the other new items in the AP Torch and AP Pro Series ranges are available on the Active Products website at www.active-products.co.uk
