Adapteo completes the acquisition of Ajos modular business in Denmark
Adapteo has completed the acquisition of the modular building assets of Ajos A/S from MT Højgaard Holding (MTH) on 30 December 2021. With Ajos, Adapteo strengthens the position in Denmark and accelerates the journey to become one most sustainable companies in the industry.
Adapteo, the leading adaptable space partner in Northern Europe, is growing its market share and capabilities in the Danish market through the acquisition of Ajos' modular business. The acquisition is strategically important to strengthen Adapteo's position in Denmark, specifically in the public sector, from which 96% of Ajos' modular building revenues come. Furthermore, through the transaction, Adapteo includes Ajos' premium-quality Swan Eco labelled solutions in its building portfolio and moves one step further towards becoming one of the most sustainable company in the industry.
