Change in the composition of Adapteo Plc’s Shareholders’ Nomination Committee

Adapteo Plc (“Adapteo”) announced the composition of Adapteo’s Shareholders’ Nomination Committee (the “Nomination Committee”) on 29 October 2019. According to notice by Nordea Funds, Jan Särlvik represents Nordea Funds in the Nomination Committee from 3 December 2019 onwards, replacing Marie Karlsson, who previously acted as Nordea Funds’ representative. The other members of the Nomination Committee are Fredrik Åtting, nominated by EQT Fund Management S.à r.l., Dr. Giulia Nobili, nominated by Sterling Strategic Value Fund S.A., SICAV-RAIF and Peter Nilsson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adapteo. Fredrik Åtting acts as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
