Change in number of shares and votes in AddLife AB (publ)

The total number of shares and votes in AddLife AB (publ), reg. no. 556995-8126, (“AddLife”) has during February increased by 142,901 A-shares and 3,357,585 B-shares, in total 3,500,486 shares and 4,786,595 votes, due to the registration by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 25 February 2019 of the shares issued in AddLife’s rights issue.

As of 28 February 2019, the total number of votes in AddLife amounts to 38,990,303. As of the same date, the total number of shares in AddLife amounts to 28,598,300, of which 1,154,667 are A-shares and 27,443,633 are B-shares.
