Change in number of shares and votes in AddLife AB (publ)

The total number of shares and votes in AddLife AB (publ), reg. no. 556995-8126, (“AddLife”) has during March increased by 1,637 A-shares and 24,636 B-shares, in total 26,273 shares and 41,006 votes, due to the registration by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 1 March 2019 of the remaining shares issued in AddLife’s rights issue.

As of 29 March 2019, the total number of votes in AddLife amounts to 39,031,309. As of the same date, the total number of shares in AddLife amounts to 28,624,573 of which 1,156,304 are A-shares and 27,468,269 are B-shares.
