Change in number of shares and votes in AddLife AB (publ)

AddLife AB’s, reg. no 556995-8126, (”AddLife”) acquisition of Vision Ophthalmology Group GmbH (”VOG”) on 8 April 2021 and acquisition of Healthcare 21 Group (”HC21”) on 12 April 2021 were in part financed by newly issued Class B shares in AddLife (the “issues in kind”). As a result of the issues in kind, the number of Class B shares in AddLife in April 2021 have increased with 7,951,958 Class B shares and 7,951,958 votes.

After the Issues in kind the total number of shares as per 30 April 2021 amounts to 122,450,250, corresponding to in total 163,986,474 votes. 4,615,136 of these shares are Class A shares, representing 46,151,360 votes and 117, 835,114 are Class B shares, representing 117,835,114 votes.

AddLifes’ share capital has, as a result of the issues in kind, changed from SEK 58,309,339.55 to SEK 62,358,949.47 while the par value of the share of approximately SEK 0.51 remains unchanged.
