Addtech Life Science, a business area within Addtech AB, signed an agreement
on 18 June 2007 for acquisition of all the shares in LabRobot Products AB.
Per-Ivar Fallenius is the seller, via the company Skaboholmen AB.

LabRobot sells and develops dilution cups under the brand name Dilucup, as well as related equipment to microbiology laboratories - mainly in Europe. The company has an annual turnover of SEK 8 million and 5 employees. Sales of Dilucup are developing robustly and are based on patents granted to the company in many countries around the world.

Microbiology is an interesting area with further development potential for Addtech Life Science, and LabRobot will boost existing operations in the group. The acquisition is an important addition to the Addtech group's sales of specialised consumables and equipment to discerning laboratory customers. The intention is to run LabRobot as an independent company within the Life Science business area.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's profit per share during the current financial year. Ownership is estimated to commence on 2 July 2007.
